CNIITMASH was founded in 1929 and pioneered domestic mechanical engineering. Mechanical engineering processes designed in CNIITMASH are widely employed in production facilities of power engineering, heavy-duty machine building, transport vehicle engineering, and petrochemical engineering industries. CNIITMASH professionals hold leading positions in foundry, pressure shaping, welding, cold metal working, non-destructive examination, strength analysis and other research fields which enable the Institute to address complicated integral problems in production of unique products including items working under extreme conditions. Nowadays, the Institute is designing new processes and equipment for new generation of nuclear and heat power plants, oil refineries; gas production and transport featuring high reliability, environmental safety and efficiency.
CNIITMASH Research and Manufacturing Association JSC is the head materials research center in Rosatom concern. Major areas the CNIITMASH Research and Manufacturing Association JSC is engaged on include design of materials, processes for materials manufacturing and surface treatment, and design of equipment for mechanical engineering.
We offer vacuum plants and equipment for ionic coating deposition. Our commercial PVD plants provide a wide range of high-tech coatings for cutting tools, press forming and stamping machines; tribological coatings for machine components; heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant coatings on turbine blades.
The factory manufactures process and testing equipment for aerospace industry: thermostatic regulators, hot benches, climatic equipment, out-gassing and volatile compounds analysis packages. We offer equipment for out-gassing of large-size components in air vehicles.
